I am not one to typically leave reviews, even when I have a bad experience… but this one was BAD. The visit started out fine. It was my first time here, and I was a walk in. I needed a builder gel removed and could not have gel polish for an upcoming procedure. I picked a regular polish and they got me in right away. Great! During my visit, I reminded them that I needed the builder gel completely off. Which typically requires a soak. I was told that it could be completely removed with only filing. In the middle of service, when the filing and nail shaping was done, I was told the price of my service and was asked to pay. I was confused, and asked “pay, now? I am still getting polish added, right?” And was told yes, and was again asked to pay now… Odd… but I did it anyways. I was then asked “no tip?” Again, extremely confused because we were in the middle of the service… I asked them to clarify, and again was asked “no tip?” I apologized for my confusion and explained that tips usually happen at the end of a service… we sat in silence so I grabbed the tip and my service was then continued. The base coat, polish, and top coat was then added without any drying between. After the top coat, I was moved to a different table that I placed my hands under a fan and was told it should take about 10 minutes to dry. I sat there for 25 minutes, as my nails were still not dry… the nail tech that did my nails never came back over to check on me. A different employee finally came up to me to check my nails and I explained that they were still not dry. They lightly touched them and told me they were dry, and I was all set. The second I got to my car, the nails were already messy due to not being dry… Could I have gone back inside to ask them to fix it? Yes… but at that point I was so frustrated and embarrassed about the tip situation that I didn’t want to go back in. I will not be returning, and will not recommend to anyone.

I used to love coming here when they first opened but over the years the service has went down hill. My gel polish on my toes came off the next day. I requested a black and nude nail with a flower on the nude nail. I was told it was too hard and they could not do it. I ended up going with just 2 squiggly lines and even those looked bad. Fast forward 2 weeks I go to have my set removed. They filed my nails down, ended up filing my real nail down way too low. I was under the impression to get builder gel off your nails you had to soak them and they didn't do that at all. I got sent home with the product still on my nails.

I have debated on posting this for quite a few days. I went into the salon on July third for a full set and pedicure. My inspired photo and outcome are attached below. July third was a day before my wedding. My technician was very sweet and kind. However, my nails weren’t exactly what I envisioned. When it came time to do a paraffin wax, my technician did not elaborate to me that it was wax that my hand was going into. I still had my engagement ring on. My ring ended up caked in wax. When trying to carefully de-wax my ring, one of my diamonds fell out; the wax was caked on. I do not get my nails done often, so I didn’t know what to expect. I wish I was told to take my ring off.

Walked in with something they hadn’t done before and honestly. I am in love with how they turned out! This was my second time using them and my blue set lasted forever! Love my peach nails this time too!! Thank y’all so much for your attention to detail! Highly recommend!

I’ve always had a great experience here. Technicians are thorough (sometimes seem rushed but still with attention to detail,) friendly, and attentive. I am a crazy stickler so I appreciate that if I notice anything that is not 100 percent to my satisfaction they are always willing to adjust/fix before sending me on my way. I prefer to make an appointment in advance because they are always busy! I love the pampering spa pedicures, and the massages. I’ve also brought along several special needs clients of mine and they have always been very caring and accommodating.
